Buy an app on the numbers its store reports, not on a screenshot.

Shipdeed is a marketplace for mobile apps and small SaaS businesses. Revenue, downloads and subscribers are read straight from App Store Connect, Google Play, RevenueCat and Stripe. The buyer's money is held until the app has actually changed hands.

Seller pays a success fee only when a deal completes. Buyers pay nothing on top of the price.

Why verified data

A revenue screenshot takes thirty seconds to fake.

  1. § 1

The figure comes from the source

Sellers connect a read-only key or invite our verifier account. We pull sales and subscription reports ourselves. Public numbers on a listing can only come from that pull.

  2. § 2

    Every reading is fingerprinted

Each pull is stored as an immutable snapshot with the sha256 of the raw response. A refresh adds a new snapshot; nothing is overwritten.

  3. § 3

    Ownership is checked, too

The key must actually see the listed bundle, our account must be invited to the Play package, the domain must carry our DNS record.

What it does not prove. Store data proves revenue and installs, not profit: ad spend and server costs are the seller's statement. Ad-network revenue is not connected yet. Code quality is checked by you during inspection, which is why the period exists.

How a deal works

The money waits for the keys.

Every step is recorded in the deal room. Neither side can skip one, and the database refuses a release that has not been earned.

  1. 1

    Offer accepted

The seller accepts a written offer that names the price and an inspection period of 3 to 30 days. Other offers on the listing close.

  2. 2

    Buyer pays Shipdeed

Card up to $10,000; bank debit or wire above that. The money sits with Shipdeed, not with the seller.

  3. 3

    Seller hands over

Within 7 days the seller starts the checklist: store transfer, source code, domain, accounts. Each item is ticked off separately.

  4. 4

    Buyer confirms each item

The buyer confirms what actually arrived. When the last item is confirmed, the inspection clock starts.

  5. 5

    Inspection

The buyer checks that the code builds, the app works and the revenue lands in their own account. Silence until the deadline counts as acceptance.

  6. 6

    Release or dispute

On acceptance the seller is paid, less the fee. If something is wrong, either side can open a dispute and the funds stay held until a reviewer decides.

Fees

One fee, paid by the seller, only on completion.
