Prohibited Listings Policy
Last updated October 8, 2026 · Forgewake LLC, 1021 E Lincolnway, Suite 10722, Cheyenne, WY 82001, USA
Shipdeed exists so buyers can trust what they buy. We do not accept listings that would put buyers, end users or the platform at legal or reputational risk. Reviewers apply this policy before a listing goes live and may remove a live listing at any time.
Assets you may not list
- Assets you do not own or are not authorised to sell, or whose transfer would breach a contract, licence or the terms of the store or platform they run on.
- Apps or services that infringe copyright, trademarks or patents, including clones that copy another product's name, artwork or code.
- Products whose main purpose is gambling with real money, unlicensed financial services, unregistered securities or investment schemes, or cryptocurrency mixing.
- Adult sexual content, or anything involving the exploitation of minors.
- Malware, spyware, stalkerware, credential harvesting, ad fraud, click farms, or tools built to evade platform review.
- Products that sell or traffic personal data collected without valid consent, or that cannot lawfully transfer their user data to a buyer.
- Weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods, or other regulated goods sold without the required licences.
- Products that promote violence, hatred or harassment against people based on protected characteristics.
- Businesses owned or controlled by persons subject to sanctions, or that serve sanctioned jurisdictions in breach of applicable law.
- Accounts, followers, reviews or ratings sold on their own, separate from the product they belong to.
- Assets currently suspended or removed from their store, unless the listing says so prominently and gives the reason.
Practices that are not allowed
- Inflating downloads, revenue or subscribers before or during a listing, for example through paid installs designed to distort reports, self-purchases or refunds after the snapshot.
- Connecting a data source that belongs to a different product than the one listed.
- Describing seller-reported figures as verified, or hiding material problems such as pending store policy strikes, chargebacks or legal claims.
- Putting contact details or payment instructions in listings or messages to move a deal off Shipdeed.
- Listing the same asset under several accounts or listings.
Enforcement
We may decline or remove listings, cancel unpaid deals, freeze funded deals for review, close accounts, and report unlawful activity to authorities. Where a breach is discovered after a deal is funded, held funds are handled through the dispute process in our Terms of Service.
Reporting
If you believe a listing breaks this policy or infringes your rights, email report@shipdeed.com with the listing link and your reasons. We review every report.
